Amanda's & Abby's favorite version. I usually ditch the water chestnuts.
Ingredients:
* 4-5 chicken breasts - cooked seasoned to taste and chopped into bite-size pieces
* 8oz can sliced water chestnuts
* 2 cups celery, chopped
* 1-2 cups pecans
* 1lb seedless grapes, red or white, sliced in half
