Steph's Chili
I usually make chili this way, but Steph shared her recipe with me and I've probably cooked it her way more than mine during cold weather season.
- 1lb ground beef
- 1lb pork sausage
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- Williams chili seasoning
- 1 bottle Sam Adams Oktoberfest (or similar beer)
As with most chili, brown the meats, open the cans, mix and cook very slowly for a long time.
