April 7 - 11 Meal Plan
I hope it's sunny wherever you're reading this; it is here, and it is incredibly welcome after what feels like a month of monsoon rains.
Last week's winner, as it usually is when included in a week of meals, was the Porter Road braised chuck roast. Last week's loser was me, because I forgot to buy any fresh ginger and therefore decided to skip the teriyaki chicken and punt it to this week.
Recipes
- Chicken teriyaki with rice and broccoli (I'll use mirin instead of sake fwiw)
- Reverse sear steaks with potatoes and the carrots I didn't cook last week
- Rice bowls with leftover meats and veggies plus bell peppers

I decided to rename this section because sometimes it will be books, but other times it will be some other type of media and I can't be expected to be consistent so here we are.
