April 13 - 18 Meal Plan
The person responsible for all three of this week's recipes is a reliable source of deliciousness for all skill levels, Ina Garten. Most of these are from her recipe series titled "How Easy Is That?", so, you're welcome.
Recipes
- Spaghetti aglio e olio with some crusty Italian bread and a bag salad (that's what I call the pre-made salads at the store)
- Baked lemon chicken breasts with roasted carrots
- Herb-Marinated Pork Tenderloins with roasted red potatoes

I was recently gifted the book The God of the Garden, and although I've just started it I am already digging it so wanted to share.
This time of year is increasingly exciting for me as I'm well on my way down a winding and semi-perilous (financially-speaking) road to being a Gardener. My mom sent me this deeply convicting video satirizing the person I'm becoming (it's so accurate I hate it).
If you want to grow plants too, go buy some now and figure it out! Tis the season.
