March 1st through March 8th meal plan and recipes.

The Plan

Sunday: This straightforward chicken breast recipe from Serious Eats, but instead of bulgur I'll be using some couscous I already have and pickled red onions since Amanda doesn't like olives.

Tuesday: Chicken with a mustard and shallot sauce situation, with frozen veggies and steamed rice.

Wednesday: Steak and mashed taters, with some blasted broccoli.

Thursday: Sheet pan lemon chicken with leftover mashed taters and some random vegetables I hope to find in the fridge.

Two themes this week: chicken and common ingredients (lots of lemon, garlic, etc between these recipes makes for buying less items and using all of them).
