022125-022825 Meal Plan
I had the idea of sending emails again months ago, but couldn't decide on a format. Recently I've been reading Stanley Tucci's book What I Ate in One Year: (and related thoughts), which I recommend as a relaxing read near bedtime, and realized that I already document what I eat every week when I plan meals.
So while I'm adding meals to the calendar, I'll also add them to a short email in case anyone out there needs some ideas for the week ahead.
I'm also reading more books this year (I say this every year, and sometimes it is true). At the end I'll include some words and links to what I'm reading.

The Plan
Saturday: Out to eat at Bari, maybe I'll convince someone to split the frutti di mare fritto with me (Amanda definitely won't fall for that again).
Sunday: Morris fam get-together. We'll be grilling hamburgers and hot dogs and drinking beer, pretending it's nicer outside than it is.
Monday: Pasta alla Zozzona from America's Test Kitchen. Hope I can find guanciale without a separate trip to Buster's Butcher.
Wednesday: 15-Minute Teriyaki Chicken from bon appétit, with steamed rice and roasted broccoli.
Thursday: Steph's chili with 187 saltine crackers, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
